All the moments of self delusions
Traumas that led to confusions
Relationships that were illusions
I cry

***Peace on earth is difficult to find. This is sad for a self described hippie who desires peace more than just about anything. There are so many political, environmental, social issues that are concerning. Financial affairs, work, relationships and family matters can also be distressing. This can be magnified for many of us during the holidays. I find great peace writing poetry. This emotional, creative work is self care and self love. We all need to take the time and effort to do the work that comforts, soothes, and helps us live in peace with ourselves, others and the world.
